Tytti Ylen serves as the Support Services Manager for Digital Healthcare Services at Terveystalo since March 2016, overseeing operational management of essential digital products, IT support services, and user-centric processes within a dynamic healthcare setting. Previous roles include Application Specialist, responsible for the functionality and support of patient information systems, and Service Advisor, handling occupational healthcare contract processing and customer service. Before joining Terveystalo, Tytti operated as an Entrepreneur at Tmi Tytti Ylen, focusing on performing arts education and event production, and worked as a Sales Representative at Black Box and a Sales Support Specialist at Telia Company, where experience in customer service, sales, and system support was gained. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Artificial Intelligence at Kajaani University of Applied Sciences.
