Ling Ling Florendo

Ling Ling Florendo has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Starting in 1994 at Abbott Lab, they served as a Production Engineer/Manager, managing cancer drug production and achieving a cost saving of $10M. At DuPont Nutrition & Health, they held various roles including Sr. Process Project Engineering, Sales Manager, and Research and Development Manager, where they led projects, developed new products and processes, and managed key accounts. They then moved to Bunge North America, Inc. as a Continuous Improvement Leader, implementing improvement processes across six facilities. Most recently, they joined Spectrum Brands, Inc as the Director of Global Pet Project Management before becoming the Director of Engineering at TerViva in 2020.

Ling Ling Florendo obtained a Master of Science (MS) in International Business Management from Saint Louis University from 1999 to 2001. Ling Ling also earned a Master of Science (MS) in Food Science and Engineering from Iowa State University from 1990 to 1992. In addition to their academic qualifications, Ling Ling Florendo has certifications in Project Management (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in 2017, Kaizen and Lean from DuPont in 2009, and Six Sigma Black Belt from DuPont in 2008.
