Naveen Sikka is the current CEO at TerViva. Naveen has also previously worked as part of the Executive Steering Committee for Cleantech for Obama and as a strategy consultant for TPI Inc. and Gemini Consulting / Ernst & Young.

Naveen has a wealth of experience in strategic consulting, operations, overhead, cost management, and leadership design and implementation. Naveen has worked with several Fortune 500 clients across industries such as biotech, agriculture, energy, and financial services.

Under their leadership, TerViva is making strides in sustainable agriculture practices that are having a positive impact on farmers, rural communities, and the environment. Naveen is committed to finding innovative solutions to the challenges of food security and environmental sustainability.

Naveen Sikka has an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business and a BA from Columbia University in the City of New York.
