Bianca Molloy Bsc McIpd Mhfa (H)

Bianca Molloy has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the HR field. Bianca is currently the People Director at TES 2000 Ltd, where they have been working since 2017. Prior to this, they held the positions of Head of People and Culture, Senior HR Business Partner, HR/ER Project Manager, and Senior HR Advisor at the same company.

In 2018, Bianca also served as the Assistant HR Lead - Volunteer at The Transforming Autism Project. Before joining TES 2000 Ltd, Bianca worked at Ladbrokes Coral Group as an Employee Relations Advisor and HR Administrator, and at Swiss Post Solutions as an HR Administrator. Bianca started their career at Walgreens Boots Alliance as an HR Administrator and also worked as a Messenger at Swiss Post Solutions and a Shop Assistant at Toys"R"Us.

Bianca Molloy holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree with Honors in Psychology from Nottingham Trent University, which they completed between 2009 and 2012. Later, they pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Personnel and Human Resource Management (CIPD level 7) at the University of Greenwich, which they completed between 2014 and 2016.
