Dr. Jan Ladiges

Dr. Jan Ladiges is an experienced IT and software engineering professional, currently serving as Teamlead IT Global Operations Solutions at tesa since January 2025. Prior to this role, Dr. Ladiges was the Head of Software Engineering and Delivery at BAADER, where responsibilities included managing interdisciplinary teams, expanding the department, and supporting digitalization initiatives. Previous experience at Nordex Group involved expertise in IIoT architecture and SCADA systems, while earlier positions included research at Helmut-Schmidt University and software development at Bilfinger GreyLogix GmbH. Dr. Ladiges holds a Dr.-Ing. in Automation Technology, a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering.
