Gaetan Sampo

Gaetan Sampo is an experienced professional in facility management and project management, currently serving as the Director and Head of Facility Management Europe at tesa since January 2024. Gaetan leads a team of 17 across 20 European offices, focusing on workplace transformation and project implementation while utilizing data-driven methodologies. Previous roles include Head of Workplace & Real Estate at PayFit España and Director of Operations & Facilities at WeWork, where responsibilities encompassed operational excellence, stakeholder engagement, and compliance. Gaetan also held management positions at Aramark Service Industries and Vins de Bordeaux, demonstrating expertise in budget management, vendor performance, and team leadership. Gaetan holds a Master’s Degree in Business from IFAG and completed a language program at Zhejiang University.
