Ulrike Kramer

Ulrike Kramer is an experienced talent acquisition and marketing professional with a demonstrated history at tesa, serving as a Talent Acquisition Manager and previously as a Marketing Manager for the Consumer Business since May 2017. Prior to this role, Ulrike co-founded Kids Welcome, an NGO, from October 2015 to May 2017, and founded and led WCTAG hilft e.V., another NGO, from July 2009 to May 2017. Earlier experience at tesa includes positions as a Regional Marketing Assistant for East Europe and a Working Student in Sales Consumer. Ulrike began a career in human resources at Shell as a Trainee. Academically, Ulrike holds a Master's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and HR Management from Leuphana University of Lüneburg and has pursued further education in coaching and assessment.
