Ralph Schmid

Ralph Schmid has had a diverse range of work experiences. Ralph began their career as a Praktikant at Robert Bosch GmbH in 2004. Subsequently, they worked as a Diplomand at Robert Bosch Automotive Electronics in 2005. From 2006 to 2011, they held various roles at Fraunhofer IPA, including Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter mit akademischem Abschluss, Project Manager, and Gruppenleiter Produktionslogistik. In 2011, they joined TESAT as a Lean Consultant, later becoming the Head of Production Planning and then the Head of Programs Support Office Planning and Configuration Management. Most recently, they have been serving as the HO Operations at TESAT since January 2019, and as of April 2022, they have been serving as the Chief Program Officer.

Ralph Schmid obtained their Diplom-Ingenieur degree in Maschinenbau from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) between the years 2000 and 2005.
