TESCO
Established in 1975, Tesco deals exclusively in office equipment. Our operation comprises sale, distribution and technical support. We are about 50 people in staff. Half the staff is in our Technical Support Department, which takes care of technical support. The rest are in sales and administration. Our Statement of Mission has translated into long-term policy that offers reliable products at reasonable prices, with a deep concern for giving proper technical support. The Sales Department operates through a direct sales force, three branches, two of which are with showrooms located in prime business areas in Amman and Aqaba. In addition, we also work through a few representatives in major cities. The Technical Support Department maintains presently 25 highly qualified electronic engineers and technicians, and 4 administrators. Periodic up-grading of our technical, sales and administrative staff is continuously undertaken. A state-of-the-art computer software operates the various activities of the departments.
