Lynsey Schofield

Lynsey Schofield currently serves as Risk Director at Tesco Bank since 2021, overseeing end-to-end first line risk management across various financial services. Previously, Lynsey held the position of Credit Risk Director at Lloyds Banking Group from 2016 to 2020, where responsibilities included strategy setting for European operations and management oversight. Prior roles at Lloyds Banking Group also encompassed a focus on credit, residual value, and capital risk in motor finance, business banking, and wealth management. Earlier in Lynsey’s career, positions at Barclays Bank involved managing significant credit exposures, while roles at HSBC and GE Money established a foundation in credit risk analysis. Lynsey Schofield earned a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics from Imperial College London between 1999 and 2002.
