Wasudeo Kelkar

Wasudeo Kelkar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in resource planning and workforce management. Currently serving as a Resource Planning Manager at Tesco Bengaluru since August 2022, Wasudeo previously held the position of Assistant Manager at Accenture from December 2017 to August 2022, focusing on invoicing, resource planning, reporting, workforce management, and automation. Prior to that, a tenure of over ten years as Team Lead in Workforce Management at Tech Mahindra Business Services encompassed skills in space management, real-time management, command center activities, and scheduling. Wasudeo's career began at CONVERGYS India Services Private Limited as a Data Analyst, where foundational knowledge in the BPO sector was acquired.
