Rebeca Rayo Lorente is an accomplished marketing leader with extensive experience in the telecommunications and financial services sectors. Currently serving as the Marketing Platforms Lead at Tesco Mobile since August 2023, Rebeca previously held the position of Transformation and Migrations Lead at Virgin Media O2 where responsibilities included enhancing customer value and driving commercial strategies within the Pay Monthly and Soho teams. Prior to that, Rebeca’s career included significant roles at Vodafone, encompassing marketing automation and customer value management, as well as project management positions at Bankinter and Capital One that focused on multi-channel marketing and customer acquisition. Rebeca graduated from UCLA Anderson School of Management with a strategic leadership program and holds a Master’s degree in Advertising and Public Relations from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, along with additional qualifications in advertising and financial communications.
