Frances Szweda

Frances Szweda is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in design systems, currently serving as Design Lead at Tesco since June 2025. Prior to this role, Frances held various positions at Sainsbury's, including Experience Design Manager and Senior Experience Designer from May 2022 to July 2025. Previous experience includes a role as Product Designer at YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP from June 2018 to May 2022 and Digital Designer positions at Debenhams and Home Retail Group PLC from January 2017 to June 2018 and July 2015 to December 2016, respectively. Frances holds a degree from the University of the Arts London, earned between 2011 and 2014.
