George Kalyvas

George Kalyvas is a seasoned UX researcher and designer with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior UX Researcher at Tesco, George specializes in advanced AI methodologies to enhance help and support systems. Prior roles include Global UX Research Manager and UX Research Lead at Pizza Hut Digital & Technology, where George collaborated with diverse teams to produce insights and innovative designs for over 14 global markets. George has also held leadership positions at BT, RS Components, UserZoom, and Webcertain, focusing on comprehensive user experience research and design. George holds a Master’s Degree in Human Computer Interaction from the University of York and a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from The American College of Greece.
