Kay is responsible for the legal, compliance, regulatory, group security, business resilience and company secretarial functions across the Group.
Kay joined Tesco in 2008 working in a number of Legal leadership roles across the Group and most recently she was the UK & ROI Legal Director. Prior to joining Tesco, Kay worked at RBS, after starting her career with Linklaters.
Kay joined the Executive Committee in July 2024.
