Linda Kerr has extensive experience in project and change management within the retail sector, particularly at Tesco where Linda has served in various leadership roles since 1996, including Lead Change Manager and Head of Programmes and Planning. With a strong focus on strategic planning and governance, Linda oversees transformation programmes, ensures stakeholder alignment, and manages complex change initiatives. Previous positions include Programme Manager and Change Manager, where Linda successfully delivered significant projects such as store resizing and brand changes. Linda’s earlier roles at Somerfield PLC and Waitrose involved product management and development, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of retail dynamics. Linda holds a BA (Hons) in Food Science from Leeds Beckett University.
