Susan Newcombe has over 25 years of experience in operations and customer service within the insurance and underwriting industries. Since October 2010, Susan has held various managerial roles at Tesco Underwriting, currently serving as the Third Party Settlement Operations Manager, previously as the Personal Injury Claims Operations Manager and Personal Injury Controller. Prior to this, Susan worked at Eaga as Customer Service Manager from May 2007 to October 2010, and at Aviva from July 1998 to July 2006 as Team Leader. Susan is a graduate of Ashington High School.
