Ladislav Mlynar

Ladislav Mlynar has a diverse work experience in finance and accounting. Ladislav started their career as an intern at PwC in 2009 and then worked their way up to become an Associate Established, Senior Associate Experienced, and eventually an Assistant Manager. At PwC, they were responsible for audit and analysis of financial statements, dealing with complex accounting issues, and leading and managing audit engagements. In 2015, Ladislav joined Hanon Systems as a Senior Financial Controller, where they were in charge of finance controlling and management of a plant with a turnover of approximately 5 billion CZK. Ladislav also coordinated a local junior controlling staff and provided regular financial reporting to European management and headquarters. Afterward, they joined Woco STV in 2017 as the Head of Finance, leading a team of 9 people and overseeing treasury, accounting, taxes, and internal and external audits. Currently, Ladislav holds the position of Finance Director at TESCOMA, s.r.o., where they are responsible for finance-related matters.

Ladislav Mlynar pursued their education in the field of accounting and finance. Ladislav completed a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from VSB - Technical University of Ostrava in 2007. After that, they obtained a Master's degree in the same field from the same university, which they completed from 2007 to 2010. In 2008, they also studied as an Erasmus student at Universidade Nova de Lisboa, focusing on finance. Additionally, Ladislav Mlynar obtained an Advanced Diploma in Accounting and Business from ACCA in 2014.
