Young has a longstanding role as a Telcom Engineer at American Electric Power since December 2015 and has held various engineering positions across different companies, including Tesinc, LLC, Alta Telecom, Byers Engineering Company, and CT&T. With a solid educational background in telecommunications, cable splicing, and OSP engineering, complemented by several industry certifications, Young has a proven track record in fiber optic cable engineering, site acquisition, and quality control, as well as experience in copper cable repair and construction inspection.
