Alex McDonnell, an accomplished Global Talent Acquisition Leader, has over 14 years of experience in recruitment and talent development. Currently serving as the Head of Recruitment for EMEA at Tesla, Alex oversees various recruitment functions, including Sales, IT, and Engineering. Previously, Alex held significant roles at organizations such as Mastercard, EY, and BCG Digital Ventures, where they focused on enhancing recruitment strategies and learning operations across diverse regions. Alex earned an LLB (Hons) in Law from The University of Sheffield and a Level 5 Diploma in Learning and Development from Avado.
