Serena Kraemer

Serena Kraemer is an accomplished recruitment professional with extensive experience in sales recruiting across multiple regions. Currently serving as Sales Recruiting Manager for EMEA at Verkada, Serena has been recognized for outstanding performance with awards such as Top Recruiter and the Hustler award in Q4 and Q3 of FY22, respectively. Prior to Verkada, Serena held various roles at WP Engine, including Talent Advisor and Talent Scout, where responsibilities encompassed leading global recruitment efforts, advising managers on best practices, and training new hires. Earlier experience includes recruitment positions at GCS Recruitment Specialists and internship roles at Liquid I.V. Serena holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship from Loyola Marymount University and has additional educational credentials from Landmark and Santa Barbara City College.
