Amit Pandey

Amit Pandey is currently a Senior Controls Engineer at Tesla, where they design and implement advanced controls systems. They previously served as a Simulation and Control Systems Engineer at Apple, where they focused on platform architecture. Prior to that, Amit worked as a Research Scientist and Senior Scientist at Siemens, contributing to grid forming inverter controls. Previously, they were a Graduate Student Researcher and instructor at the University of California San Diego, where they completed their PhD in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering. Amit also holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Engineering with honors from the University of Auckland.
