Andy Ward

Andy Ward is a seasoned mechanical design engineer with extensive experience in the design and development of lighting systems and bicycle components. Currently serving as a Staff Mechanical Design Engineer at Tesla since November 2013, Andy has progressed through roles encompassing senior and body design engineer positions. Previous experience includes managing frame and fork development at Specialized Bicycle Components and working collaboratively with industrial designers at Smart Design. Additionally, Andy has held co-op positions at Apple and Kinetic Vision, providing diverse exposure to product design and prototyping across various industries. Andy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
