Barbara Decker-Schloegl

Barbara Decker-Schloegl has extensive experience in engineering and management roles within leading automotive companies. At Tesla, from November 2022 to March 2023, Barbara served as Managing Director for Tesla Engineering Germany GmbH and held the position of Director of Vehicle Engineering for the EMEA region. Prior to Tesla, Barbara led a team of 30 employees as Head of Production at Plethora and created the World Class Manufacturing Strategy as Department Manager at MAGNA STEYR Fahrzeugtechnik AG & Co KG. Earlier, as Project Manager at Mubea Carbo Tech, Barbara developed an innovative Resin Transfer Molding process. Barbara holds a Master's degree in Telematics from Technische Universität Graz and has completed a Business Management program at Universität für Weiterbildung Krems.
