Billy Suta

Billy Suta, PE, is a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer at Tesla, where they apply their extensive experience in machine design across various manufacturing technologies. Previously, Billy held the role of Senior Design Engineer at 3M, leading key projects that significantly increased manufacturing capacity and developed proprietary equipment. They also gained valuable experience as a Design Engineering Intern at 3M and have worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Minnesota, focusing on advanced imaging techniques. In addition to their engineering expertise, Billy performs with the Dunk Team for the Minnesota Timberwolves, enhancing game excitement with impressive athleticism. Billy holds a Master's of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities.
