Cristian Cuevas Arancibia

Cristian Cuevas Arancibia, PMP, is an accomplished construction project manager with extensive experience in the energy sector. Currently serving as a Staff Technical Construction Project Manager at Tesla since April 2025, Cristian previously worked as a Project Manager at Fluence, overseeing the execution and commissioning of utility-scale battery energy storage systems in Chile. Prior roles include Project Manager for AES-Gener, managing major wind farm projects, and Deputy Construction Manager at AES Corporation, focusing on combined cycle gas turbine and LNG terminal projects. Cristian's career also includes diverse roles in construction management, project engineering, and mechanical engineering, supported by a Master’s degree in Energy Economics and a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
