Donna Sebastian

Donna Sebastian is an experienced professional with a strong background in retail, customer engagement, and operations. Most recently, Donna served as the Head of Field Operations and Head of Customer Engagement for North America at Tesla from March to May 2024. Prior to this role, Donna was a Founding Member at Chief from September 2020 to May 2024. At Aritzia, from January 2020 to February 2024, Donna held the positions of Vice President of Sales and Vice President of Retail Sales for the USA. Donna's earlier experience includes Client Development at Capital One and various leadership roles at Nordstrom, including Director of Sales and Customer Experience, Director of Customer Experience, and Interim Store Manager. Donna holds a B.A. in Political Science and Economics from Loyola University Chicago and further education from the University of Arizona.
