Dr. Steven Anbro is dedicated to accelerating the world’s transition to sustainable energy. They currently serve as a Senior Instructional Designer at Tesla, a position they have held since 2025, following a similar role at Tesla from 2021 to 2023. Dr. Anbro's experience includes working as a Performance Consultant at Schlumberger from 2016 to 2021 and as an Instructor at the University of Nevada, Reno from 2015 to 2020. They earned a Ph.D. in Behavioral/Organizational Psychology from the University of Nevada, Reno, and previously obtained an M.S. in Behavior Analysis from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
