Prior to Tesla, they served as a Bodyshop Production Manager and gained experience as an Automotive Refinisher at McLaren Automotive Ltd and Lookers plc. With extensive experience in the automotive repair industry, Gavin worked as the Lead Refinisher at Ashford Accident Repair Centre for nearly two decades and later as the Workshop Manager at Nationwide Accident Repair Services Limited from 2018 to 2020.
