Jason Hibono is a skilled manager with extensive experience in training and operations across various industries. Currently serving as Manager of Energy Manufacturing Training at Tesla, Jason has successfully established a Manufacturing Training Team from the ground up. Previously, at Amazon, Jason implemented a Quality Reset Program that achieved significant reductions in operational costs and led a large team to manage fulfillment processes efficiently. As the founder of Barong Collective, along with prior roles in sales and tutoring, Jason has demonstrated a strong commitment to mentorship, quality improvement, and operational excellence. Jason holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychobiology from UCLA and has participated in various international programs, showcasing a diverse educational background.
