Luis Silva

Luis Silva is a Senior Technical Program Manager specializing in CAD, with extensive experience in technical project and program management across various engineering disciplines. Luis began their career as an intern at PCNA Consulting Group, Inc., and later contributed as a Renewable Energy Intern with the National Park Service. With a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, Luis has held multiple roles at Tesla, including Technical Program Manager and Lead Production Associate, where they excelled in team leadership and new product introductions. Additionally, Luis was a CivicSpark Climate Fellow at the Redwood Coast Energy Authority, where they utilized programming skills for energy savings analysis.
