Maahir Gupta

Maahir Gupta is an experienced software engineer with a strong background in machine learning and robotic systems. From January to December 2023, Maahir worked at Tesla as an Autopilot Software Engineer, focusing on scaling inference for machine learning development, after previously holding the role of Autopilot Software Engineering Intern. Prior to Tesla, Maahir gained valuable experience at Google from May to August 2022 as a Software Engineering Intern, contributing to robotic fleet communication at GoogleX's Everyday Robots. Additionally, Maahir interned at Wish from September to December 2021, where responsibilities included building a centralized user data access microservice handling approximately 1 billion queries per day across three critical use cases. Currently, Maahir is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering at the University of Waterloo, expected to graduate in April 2024.
