Malgorzata Mosor

Malgorzata Mosor is an Engineering Manager with a focus on the exploration of new battery technology. They earned a Bachelor's degree in Energy and Power Engineering from the Beijing Institute of Technology and a Master's degree in Energy Management and Systems Technology from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Malgorzata has held various engineering roles, including positions as an Intermediate Engineer and Mid-level Engineer at BYD, and as a Power Systems Engineering Intern at Schneider Electric. Most recently, they served as an Engineer Supervisor and subsequently Lead Engineer/Staff Engineer at Tesla, where they developed new technologies and products aligned with company goals. In their current role as Engineering Manager, Malgorzata develops electrode materials to enhance battery performance.
