Michael Conway

Michael Conway is a Senior Manager of Manufacturing Engineering at Tesla, where they work in the Body-In-White shops focusing on equipment efficiency, cycle time, and safety, often collaborating with automated systems. Previously, Michael served as a Preventative Maintenance Administrator at CALAMCO, where they established a new maintenance program. They also held various engineering roles at Tesla, from Associate Mechanical Engineer to Automation Engineering Manager. Michael earned a Bachelor's of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Master's of Science in Engineering Science with a mechanical concentration from the University of the Pacific.
