Namith R has a solid background in engineering and technical support within the automotive industry. Namith began a career as a Service Specialist at Lakshmi Hyundai, where work contributed to daily inspections of 25 vehicles, enhancing productivity and customer service. Subsequently, a role as a Service Engineer at Taurus Engineers involved regular maintenance checks, troubleshooting, and implementing preventive measures that significantly improved equipment uptime and client retention. Currently, since May 2025, Namith serves as a Process Technician for Battery Module at Tesla, achieving a 4% increase in line efficiency and collaborating closely with Engineering on troubleshooting.
