Parag Aneja

Parag Aneja is an experienced supply chain professional currently serving as Group Manager of Global Supply Management for HVAC and Thermal Systems at Tesla since 2017. In this role, Parag leads a team responsible for component sourcing for various Tesla vehicle models across multiple factories globally. Prior to Tesla, Parag held positions at Rockwell Automation, where leadership in process improvement was key, and at Apple, where deployment of a crucial web-based portal enhanced performance tracking. Earlier career roles included significant contributions in CapEx procurement and project management at Tata Motors, and optimization of supply chain processes at ABB. Parag holds an MBA in Supply Chain Management and Marketing from Penn State and a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology.
