Paul Edwards

Paul Edwards is the Director of Materials Engineering at Tesla, a position held since 2015. They previously worked at Boeing from 2006 to 2011 in various engineering roles, including Senior Manager of Metallic Materials & Manufacturing Engineering. Paul also gained experience as a Research Assistant and Part-Time Lecturer in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Washington, where they completed their PhD, MS, and BS degrees. Their early experience includes an internship in Mechanical Engineering at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory in 2002.
