Pooja Sinha

Pooja Sinha is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in payroll and human resources management. Currently serving as a People Services Payroll Specialist for the DACH region at Tesla since July 2023, Pooja has previously held significant roles such as Chief Manager HRBP at IGSI, where responsibilities included formulating best practices and implementing performance metrics. Prior to this, Pooja worked as an HR Manager at ECHT, focusing on compensation structure development and performance tracking, and gained experience as a Senior Consultant in HR at Cosmic Vision Resources, managing recruitment and change management. Pooja holds an MBA in HR and Finance from Bhilai Institute of Technology and a Master of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from Bhilai Mahila College.
