Rafał Cieśla is currently the Group Manager for Service New Product Introduction at Tesla, having recently transitioned into this role in 2023. Prior to this, Rafał held various positions, including Project Manager at ZF Group from 2019 to 2022, and worked as a Project Planning & Change Management Specialist at Toyota Boshoku Europe N.V. from 2017 to 2019.
