Rajib Nath

Rajib Nath is a seasoned Computer Architect and Hardware Engineer specializing in AI chips, currently serving as a Staff Hardware Engineer at Tesla, focusing on the DOJO project. They co-founded Esperanto Technologies, Inc, where they contributed to architecture, RTL design, and performance analysis of network-on-chips. Rajib has held various roles, including Graduate Research Assistant positions at UCSD and the Innovative Computing Laboratory, and internships at Qualcomm and Intel Labs, where they developed power models for mobile and many-core architectures, respectively. Rajib earned a Ph.D. in Computer Engineering from the University of California, San Diego, and has published research on high-performance computing and thermal management.
