Rodney Graves

Rodney Graves, MCJ, is the Southern Regional Manager for Tesla's Energy Operations Team, where they lead efforts to enhance sustainable energy across 14 Operations Centers in the southern U.S. With 28 years of service in the U.S. Army, Rodney held key positions such as Command Sergeant Major at the Joint Readiness Training Center and the 82nd Airborne Division. They also served as a Senior Military Instructor at The Johns Hopkins University ROTC program. Rodney graduated with a degree from Colorado State University Global, achieving a commendable GPA of 3.90.
