Rutvik Vaidya possesses extensive experience in battery materials and engineering, currently serving as a Staff Supplier Industrialization Engineer at Tesla since May 2025. Previously, Vaidya held the position of Engineering Manager at Mitra Chem from November 2022 to May 2025, and before that, worked as a Senior Battery R&D Engineer at NOHMs Technologies, Inc. Vaidya's academic background includes a Master of Science in Materials Science and Engineering from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Technology from the Institute of Chemical Technology.
