Shishuang Sun

Shishuang Sun is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in hardware engineering and management, particularly in the automotive and technology sectors. Currently serving as Principal Engineer and Sr. Manager for Autopilot Hardware at Tesla since January 2021, Shishuang Sun oversees teams focused on IC Packaging, Signal and Power Integrity, and PCB Layout. Previously, Shishuang Sun held roles at Waymo as Hardware Engineering Manager, and at Tesla in the Autopilot Hardware Group. Additionally, Shishuang Sun contributed to Apple's Signal Integrity Group and held various positions at Altera, including Manager of the SerDes Characterization Group. Shishuang Sun holds a Ph.D. in Electromagnetic Compatibility, Signal Integrity, and Power Integrity from the Missouri University of Science and Technology, along with MSEE and BSEE degrees in Electrical Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
