Tek Pandey

Tek Pandey is an experienced operations leader in the autonomous vehicle sector, currently serving as Operations Lead at DiDi since October 2021. In this role, Tek has driven technical initiatives and developed processes that significantly enhanced operational efficiency, resulting in a 30% increase in autonomous miles and a 75% increase in miles per intervention within three months. Prior to DiDi, Tek held the position of Operation Team Lead at Cruise, managing daily operations for over 30 autonomous vehicle operators and implementing training programs. Tek's foundational education includes an Associate of Science from Dallas College North Lake Campus and further study at Texas Tech University.
