Terri Lin

Terri Lin currently serves as a Senior Process Development Engineer at Tesla, with previous experience at Rivian in various roles focused on advanced process development and manufacturing engineering for cells. Lin's expertise in battery technology was further honed as a Battery Scientist at Blue Current, Inc., optimizing solid-state electrode formulations and conducting materials characterization. Lin's early career included significant research positions such as a Fellow at the Clean Energy Leadership Institute, a Postdoctoral Scholar at Berkeley Lab, and a Graduate Student Researcher at UCLA, culminating in a PhD in Materials Chemistry. Educational credentials also include a Master's degree from the University of Oregon and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
