Wenjia Wang

Wenjia Wang is a seasoned engineering leader currently serving as a Sr. Director at Tesla, where they focus on the growth of the R&D and Engineering team in China. Wenjia previously held the position of Engineering Director at Tesla from 2019 to 2023 and was a Senior Engineering Manager from 2016 to 2019, leading the APAC service engineering team. Their extensive experience also includes over nine years at Hitachi (China) R&D Corporation, where they served as the Intelligent Transport System Unit Leader and later as the Smart Transportation Department Director, specializing in areas such as traffic information and telematics. Wenjia holds degrees from 北京大学, having studied there from 1995 to 2002.
