Xinru Yuan

Xinru Yuan is a seasoned supply chain professional with extensive experience in management and procurement. Currently serving as a Senior Supply Chain Manager at Tesla since June 2024, Xinru holds a previous role as Purchasing Manager at Tenneco from February 2017 to June 2024, where responsibilities included managing teams in North America and China, overseeing a $42 million regional spend, and driving performance improvements. Earlier roles at Tenneco involved significant commodity management and strategic negotiation. Xinru has also contributed as a Graduate Assistant at the Weatherhead School of Management and as a Six Sigma Green Belt Project Consultant in Cleveland.
