Xuejun Huang

Xuejun Huang is a Senior Materials Engineer at Tesla, having joined the company in August 2023. Previously, Xuejun served as a Graduate Research Assistant at The Ohio State University from August 2015 to May 2021, focusing on the development of lightweight advanced materials, specifically High Entropy Alloys, with specialties in alloy design, materials characterization, and thermodynamic modeling. Xuejun gained earlier experience as a Materials Engineering Intern at Tesla and worked as a Laboratory Assistant at SAIC VOLKSWAGEN, where responsibilities included data collection on vehicle noise levels and assisting in the implementation of noise absorbing materials. Education includes a Doctor's Degree in Materials Science, a Master's Degree in Materials Science, and a Bachelor's Degree in Materials Science and Engineering, all from The Ohio State University, where a notable GPA of 3.94 was achieved in the undergraduate program.
