Bakul Banthia

Bakul Banthia has worked in the technology industry since 2008. Bakul began their career at Oracle where they held the roles of Principal Member of Technical Staff, Senior Member of Technical Staff, and Member of Technical Staff. In 2018, they moved to Nutanix where they held the roles of Staff Software Engineer and Senior Member of Technical Staff. Currently, they are Co-Founder of Tessell, a company that is reimagining the way people manage data in the cloud. Tessell provides a highly differentiated, fully-managed database service for a choice of database engine on a choice of cloud.

Bakul Banthia attended Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur from 2003-2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Computer Science.
