Sara Testino

After graduating in Political Science from the University La Sapienza of Rome and a Master in Corporate & Business Law from the Luiss Business School of Rome, Sara Testino started her career in 2004 in Linkem S.p.A. as HR & Legal Manager, a role she held until 2014. From 2014 to 2016, still in Linkem, she held the role of Legal & Compliance Director and in 2015 she became an internal member of the Supervisory Board, holding the position until 2018; from 2016 to 2019 she continued her career in Linkem by also taking on the role of HR & Organization Manager.

Since 2019, she has been Head of Human Resources at Banjay Italia S.p.A., for which she led a deep organisational and managerial restructuring, first managing the Magnolia S.p.A./Dry Media S.r.l. merger and then the integration plan following the acquisition of Endemol Shine.
